Holbrook Bed and Breakfast will need to collect basic personal data regarding you ie your name, address, telephone number and email details. This information is required to enable us to provide you with an electronic quotation ie. Email. We will not collect any personal data from you other than that which is required to provide you with our quotation. To enable us to process your reservation, we will require credit / debit card details from you. This information is treated with the upmost security and is stored electronically, off line. It is held by us, until your departure or in the event of you cancelling. Please bear in mind when sharing this information that the safest method is by telephone (not SMS) rather than Email, as this passes through our hosting servers currently located in the UK. Alternatively, you can book on line via this website where these details are held in a third party secure vault which is deleted once we have extracted the information.
We are required under current UK tax law, to keep your basic personal data (name. address, contact and contract details) for a minimum of six years after which time it will be destroyed, unless you are likely to be a returning guest.
